About
Nauman Hannani is a senior Gas Turbine and Oil & Gas Inspector, Project Expeditor, and LTSA specialist with over 35 years of international experience supporting rotating equipment, power generation, and EPC projects across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. His core expertise lies in supplier surveillance, sales and project execution, manufacturing inspection, and witnessing critical performance and validation tests.
He is experienced in carrying out and supporting inspections and in witnessing and verifying key functional and performance tests such as Mechanical Run Tests (MRT), string tests, functional checks, and pre-shipment inspections to ensure compliance with client specifications, international standards, and contractual quality requirements.
Based in Gothenburg, Sweden, he has recently supported the delivery of five gas turbine gensets for an FPSO under an SGS contract, working closely with OEMs, suppliers, third-party inspectors, and project teams. His scope includes inspection coordination, test witnessing (including MRT and associated performance tests), expediting of critical manufacturing milestones, documentation verification, punch list minimization, and interface support between client, site, and OEM organizations.
His experience also includes LTSA execution, outage planning interface support, spare parts quality verification, warranty-inspection follow-up, and resident-engineering services — ensuring technical continuity among manufacturing, project execution, and site operations.

Mr. Hannani has held senior leadership and technical roles, including General Manager, Regional Manager, Consultant, and Head of Sales & Operations, working with global organizations such as Rolls-Royce Energy and ABB (now Siemens). He has supported multi-million-dollar oil & gas and power projects and contributed to complex service and supply agreements, including LTSA, PPA, FSA, and GFA frameworks.
Recognized for strong technical judgment, structured reporting, and proactive communication, he provides clear technical visibility to clients, EPC contractors, and operators in high-value, schedule-critical projects. Fluent in English, native in Urdu/Hindi, and conversational in Swedish, he is available for Inspection, Expediting, Resident Engineering, and Technical Consultancy assignments across Sweden, Europe, and international oil & gas and power markets.
